Rules for drivers
Rules Adhering to these rules is of critical importance for safety and service quality provided by your application, which connects car senders with drivers for vehicle transportation. Here’s why compliance with these rules is not just important, but mandatory:
- Driving for more than 8 hours without a break:
When transporting a car on a trailer for 8 consecutive hours without stopping, several significant issues arise. Firstly, prolonged driving can lead to engine overheating and other car components due to inadequate air circulation. Secondly, it can result in brake system wear on both the car and the trailer, increasing the risk of accidents due to diminished braking capacity. Lastly, drivers need periodic rest to stay alert and maintain concentration, which is particularly important when operating a large vehicle. If you have been driving continuously for 8 hours within the last 24 hours, the app will automatically send you a notification regarding the violation of operational rules in the RITZIP app.
- Driving at night:
Driving a car on a trailer between 02:00 and 05:00 is undesirable due to nighttime sleep patterns and reduced visibility. Drivers tend to be more fatigued during these hours, which increases the risk of accidents due to reduced reaction time and concentration. Additionally, poor illumination at night can hinder road visibility, making driving more hazardous. If you drive during the night between 02:00 am and 05:00 am local time, regardless of your location, the app will automatically send you a notification regarding the violation of operational rules in the RITZIP app.
- Speeding:
Exceeding the speed limit while transporting vehicles on restricted road sections is dangerous due to the heightened risk of accidents, reduced vehicle control, and failure to adhere to established safety parameters for the route. If you are driving at speeds exceeding 85 miles per hour on road sections with speed restrictions, the app will automatically send you a notification regarding the violation of operational rules in the RITZIP app.
- Accumulating more than 10 violations:
If you accumulate more than 10 violations, our support service will contact you to determine the reasons for such frequent violations.
- Lack of Internet Connection:
If your network is unavailable for more than two consecutive hours and you have moved more than 10 km during these two hours, you will receive a warning about the violation of rules. You must maintain an online status throughout the entire order execution process.
Compliance with these rules not only ensures the safety of drivers and the vehicles of cargo senders but also contributes to the efficient and reliable operation of our clients within the RITZIP service, ultimately leading to long-term success and customer trust.
